New Patients

When you register with the practice you will be asked to fill out a registration form and a medical history questionnaire. Please bring photographic ID and a current home addressed utility bill with you.

How to Find Us

Bus Routes

Both 1 and 1a buses serve the Hilton area and the closest stop for the Practice is on Old Edinburgh Road opposite the Hilton Avenue turn. The Dunedin Practice is then then approximately 300 metres on the right along the slight incline of Old Edinburgh Road.

Access for the Disabled

The practice has access suitable for disabled and wheelchair borne. A foldable wheelchair is available to assist patients into the surgery if necessary.
