At Dunedin Medical Practice we use an online service called ‘patient services’ which will link to your medical record and allows you to access your repeat prescription and book and cancel appointments online. As it links directly with your medical record, there are future plans to give you access to results and much more of your medical record.
This is a new service available in our practice so if you would like to engage with our online service, please contact the surgery on nhsh.gp56011-admin@nhs.scot with your name, address and date of birth.
One you are registered, you will be sent a token code electronically which will allow you to fully register to access your prescriptions for ordering.
