The Mind to Mind campaign has been designed to help normalise discussions around mental health and wellbeing, and promotes a dedicated NHS inform site as a trusted resource to help people who may be facing challenges with their mental wellbeing.
The Mind to Mind website features lived experience videos to give people the tools they need to help them manage their own mental wellbeing. The videos are bite-sized and include a range of people talking about their own challenges around mental wellbeing and what they do to cope.
Topic covered include dealing with anxiety and panic, handling stress, loneliness and isolation, lifting mood, coping with money worries and moving through grief.
