We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicable, as possible.

If you wish to put in a complaint in, please contact the Practice Manager on the following email address: nhsh.gp56011-admin@nhs.scot

Alternatively, you can submit a complaint in writing to: The Practice Manager, Dunedin Medical Practice, Temple Crescent, Inverness, IV2 4TP.

All formal complaints must be put into writing and the practice will deal with them accordingly.
